By accessing or using You Shake The World ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including customers, creators, and visitors. By creating an account, making a purchase, or listing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You Shake The World is a curated house of contemporary women's fashion brands and a platform where independent fashion designers and creators ("Creators") list products for customers ("Customers" or "you"). House labels and creators sell through the Platform. You Shake The World is the merchant of record.

When you purchase products on our Platform, you are purchasing from You Shake The World. We collect payment from customers, handle order fulfillment and shipping, and pay Creators a commission based on sales. Customers and Creators do not exchange money directly or handle shipping labels—all transactions and fulfillment are handled by You Shake The World.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account is subject to suspension or termination due to unauthorized activities, violations of these Terms, or any other conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. All postings, including product listings, content, and communications, are subject to approval by You Shake The World. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at our sole discretion.

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Pay for products as agreed at checkout (payment is made to You Shake The World)
• Review product descriptions and policies before purchasing
• Contact You Shake The World support for order-related inquiries
• Respect the intellectual property of Creators

All purchases are made through You Shake The World. You are purchasing products from us, and we handle all payment processing, order fulfillment, and shipping. You do not pay Creators directly, and Creators do not handle your orders or shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for more information.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. When you make a purchase, you pay You Shake The World directly. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize the processing of payment to You Shake The World for the products you order.

You Shake The World collects payment from customers and pays Creators a commission based on sales. Creators do not receive payment directly from customers. Commission rates and platform fees are disclosed to Creators during the application and onboarding process. Customers pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees to You Shake The World.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of You Shake The World or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Creators retain all rights to their products, designs, and content. By listing products on the Platform, Creators grant us a license to display and promote their products on the Platform. The creation and posting of all content, including products, designs, and communications, are subject to approval by You Shake The World.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

You Shake The World acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Creators
• The accuracy of product descriptions or images
• Shipping delays or issues out of our control
• Disputes between Creators and Customers
• Any damages resulting from use of products purchased on the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You Shake The World is based in California, United States. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

You Shake The World is a curated house of women’s fashion brands and the merchant of record for purchases on youshaketheworld.com. Creator and brand products sold here may also be available on those brands’ own websites; those sites are separate businesses with their own customer support.
