You Shake The World is a marketplace platform where independent fashion creators design and list their products. When you purchase products on our Platform, you are purchasing from You Shake The World. We handle all returns and refunds directly.
This Return Policy provides general information about returns on our Platform. You Shake The World manages all return processing, refunds, and return shipping. Creators do not handle returns or customer refunds. Specific return policies for each product are displayed on the product page. Please review the return policy for each item before purchasing.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We accept exchanges. Eligible items must be new only (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging). Return window: 30 days from delivery. Returns are by mail; return label is available to download and print for USD 10. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 days.
